At Muscle Garden we like to look after our older members and encourage our young starters. So if you are over the age of 65, or between the age of 10 and 16, we have a special rate just for you.

Fitness Passport
Muscle Garden happily accepts Fitness Passport Members! All you need to do is come into the club during staffed hours and sign in, or you can set up a 24/7 access card in order to train at any time of day!
Usual health screening and safety induction processes apply.
