Muscle Garden offers a range of effective and affordable training options to suit every individual, no matter your workout style or budget. All our programs are custom designed by Muscle Garden founder Kay Nyenuh – and they’re designed to work. And, it doesn’t matter if you want to train on your own or with a Muscle Garden program, we welcome anyone and everyone to join us. Our fitness centre also boasts the latest equipment with premium brands such as Technogym, Matrix, Concept2, Cybex, and Nautilus.

The personal training team at Muscle Garden offers PT sessions that are custom designed to maximise results. Every program is personalized and utilises the proven Muscle Garden training methods. We also offer members a body composition scan done on our industry ‘best in body composition analyser’, and have photos taken at various intervals to gauge results.
Our 6-week transformation package provides you with 18 sessions based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week over 6 weeks to kickstart your health and fitness goals. This is a no-excuses, goal-oriented program, which will challenge you but will help you achieve the maximum results in the shortest period of time (perfect for the time-poor!)
The 12-week lifestyle package is our most popular PT pack. It’s 36 sessions based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week over 12 weeks where the focus is on smashing those short term health and fitness goals. Some of our clients have lost anywhere between 5kg to 16.6kg on this program.
This package provides you with 72 sessions based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week over six months. It is designed to achieve long-term health and weight loss goals. Typically, this program results clients making permanent changes to their health and lifestyle.
The great money saver! Grab a small group of friends or work colleagues, commit to a minimum of two sessions a week, and Muscle Garden will do the rest. Designed to work with groups of all levels of fitness, the focus of these sessions is fun and team-work (a sneaky approach to achieving results!)
Our Group Fitness Classes are wildly popular and extremely social and enjoyable, but be prepared to work hard at the same time!

The Muscle Garden Health + Fitness Centre challenges are renowned for achieving massive results. Each challenge includes 3 body composition analysis scans – before, during and after on our world class InBody Body Composition Analyser. We also take before and after photos as well as offer awesome prizes to reward you and keep you motivated. Our challenges are perfect for you if you’re someone who likes to be held accountable by us, your fellow challengers, weekly weigh-ins and a results-focused program.
