The Muscle Garden Health + Fitness Centre Boot Camp program is wildly popular and is free for members and PT clients. We offer a range of bootcamp times and location to suit everyone! Sessions are also open to the public and non Muscle Garden Health + Fitness members or clients are welcome to join in the fun!

Bootcamp sessions are extremely social and be prepared to work hard and have some fun at the same time. They are held five times a week at various times to suit you! Check out the timetable for session details and times.
